Reminder for parents and carers
Please complete these online forms...
Dear parents and carers,
This is just a reminder about two important online forms we have asked parents and carers to complete. If you haven’t done already, we would be grateful if you could spend a couple of minutes completing each of them.
The first is our Consent Form for Covid-19 Testing in Secondary Schools and Colleges.
The government have made it clear that they believe testing in schools will be key to schools reopening soon we rather than later and we would like to be prepared for when the time comes.
Completing the form does not signal consent - you have to agree to each of the statements on the form to give consent. However, the more parents that do complete it (whether the my give or withhold consent) the fuller picture we have of what to plan for. If you have already completed it, there is no need to do so again.
The second is our Remote Learning Technology Survey.
We are using this to build a clear picture of how our pupils are able to access home learning and to help us prioritise additional support. We will be starting to distribute the latest batch of laptops provided by the DfE next week, so I would urge you to complete this ASAP.
Thank you very much for your support with this.
Yours faithfully,
David Tungate
